We're expanding our team and looking for motivated Solar Technicians who want stable, hands-on, full-time work with opportunity to grow.

Position Overview

As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential solar systems. You'll work closely with our project managers and electrical team to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

Install residential solar panel systems (roof-mounted and ground-mounted) Wire, test, and commission PV equipment Assist with site preparation and system layout Ensure all work meets safety standards, NEC codes, and company quality expectations Inspect and troubleshoot existing solar systems Complete job-site documentation and reporting Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Maintain a clean job site and follow all company safety protocols

Qualifications

Previous solar installation or construction experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate) Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and with power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to work full-time, on-site

Preferred (Not Required)

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 NABCEP certification Electrical or roofing experience Experience with microinverters or string inverters
