Job Summary



We are seeking motivated and performance-driven Solar Sales Representatives who are interested in expanding their professional skill set into the financial services industry. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background who understand consultative selling, client education, and long-term value propositions.

As a Financial Services Associate, you will work with individuals and families to educate them on insurance-based financial solutions, protection strategies, and long-term planning tools. This role allows solar sales professionals to leverage existing sales expertise while developing a diversified income stream supported by structured training, mentorship, and a collaborative team environment.

This position is not hourly employment and does not require prior financial services experience. Licensing, training, and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities



Educate clients on financial protection solutions, including life insurance and long-term planning strategies Conduct client consultations to assess goals, needs, and risk considerations Present financial solutions in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Participate in required training, licensing preparation, and team development sessions Build and manage a personal client pipeline through referrals and outreach Collaborate within a team-focused environment that emphasizes accountability and growth

Qualifications



Prior experience in solar sales, commission-based sales, or consultative sales roles preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently Willingness to complete state-required licensing (training provided) Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
