What We're Looking For:

Proven sales closing experience (solar experience preferred but not required). A hunter mentality--driven to self-generate, close deals and earn more $ in the process. Strong oral communication skills is a MUST. A relentless work ethic and a positive mindset. Consistent, dependable & accountable. Hungry, coachable & willingness to go ALL IN!
Your Role:

Close company-provided leads (no cold calling required! Your job is to SELL). Proactively self-generate leads to MAXIMIZE commissions. Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and our unbeatable offering. Close deals and build a Six-Figure+ career fast.
