Solar Installer - Tucson, AZ

What You'll Do

Install residential and commercial solar PV systems with accuracy and pride



Work on rooftops, in attics, and on the ground -- wherever the job takes you



Ensure every installation meets safety standards, code requirements, and company quality expectations



Troubleshoot system issues and assist with inspections as needed



Represent the company with professionalism and great customer communication



Collaborate with a team that's passionate about clean energy (and not above swapping good memes)

What We're Looking For

Experience with solar installation (preferred but not required -- we'll train the right person!)



Comfortable with ladders, heights, power tools, and Tucson sunshine



Strong work ethic and attention to detail



Valid driver's license and clean driving record



Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in varying weather conditions



A team player who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
