What can you expect in this role?

As a solar Installer you will work with our team and install residential and commercial solar systems including solar panels, racking, and inverters in the 4 state region.

Day to Day Tasks and Responsibilities:

Install Solar Arrays that meet all national, local, and municipal codes. Maintain an exceptional level of client satisfaction

What makes you a good fit?

At least 1 year in the solar industry preferred but not required Ability to interpret single line drawings Competency in the use of email, excel, and mobile platforms Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service Must be a good communicator Must be very organized, self-motivated, and able to meet aggressive timelines Must reside within our sales and marketing region Must have a valid drivers license

Compensation:

Competitive base salary and commission Health, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Ongoing education and training classes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
