Inside Solar Sales Representative

What You'll Do

Work with company-generated leads: scheduled appointments, inbound inquiries, and referrals Knock doors around existing jobs to generate your own appointments and boost your pipeline Meet with homeowners in person or virtually to explain the benefits of solar, walk through savings reports, and present financing options Manage your schedule and follow-ups using our CRM and calendar tools Hit (and aim to exceed) your monthly sales and self-gen targets Bring energy, take feedback, stay consistent -- and move fast

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is great, but not required -- we'll train the right person Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to homeowners Grit and resilience -- you can handle rejection and keep moving Dependable and organized -- you'll juggle both company and self-generated leads A growth mindset -- we promote from within, and top performers rise fast

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
