About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Software Project Manager for our Wyze Software Team (device software and App software) to manage and deliver successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:



Agile and Scrum Implementation:



Lead projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient delivery. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Act as the facilitator for Agile practices, promoting the planning, implementation, and optimization of the Agile framework across the organization.

Continuous Delivery Pipeline Management:



Oversee the development and maintenance of continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance CI/CD practices.

Project Planning and Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Team Coordination:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement:

?Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk Management:

?Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance:

? Ensure that all projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal use and preventing cost overruns.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, preparing reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:



3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the software technology industry. Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and continuous delivery pipeline management. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. Language Requirement: Mandarin Chinese and English (due to heavy work with teams overseas) Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira). Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in budget management and financial analysis. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:



PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification. Experience with Agile methodologies. Industry-specific knowledge or experience.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
