who can drive product positioning, go-to-market execution, customer adoption, and strategic partnerships for our technology and software solutions. This role blends product marketing expertise with partnership development to accelerate revenue, expand market reach, and strengthen product-market fit.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Technology, and Customer Success teams to develop compelling product narratives, execute campaigns, identify partnership opportunities, and manage end-to-end partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
Develop and execute
go-to-market (GTM)
strategies for product launches, updates, and feature releases.
Build and refine
product positioning, value propositions, and messaging
for different customer segments (enterprise, SMB, and channel partners).
Create and manage
marketing collateral
, including product briefs, pitch decks, case studies, landing pages, and FAQs.
Conduct
market research
, competitive analysis, and customer insights that inform product roadmap decisions.
Lead
product enablement
for internal teams--sales training, competitive battle cards, product demos, and documentation.
Measure marketing performance using KPIs such as engagement, conversions, CAC, MQL/SQL generation, and product adoption.
Partnership Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard
strategic partners
, including business groups/clubs, tradeshows etc., technology vendors, and integration partners.
Manage end-to-end
partner lifecycle
: outreach, relationship building, negotiation, contract discussions, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Develop co-marketing initiatives: webinars, joint campaigns, events, and case studies.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define
API, integration, and technical enablement
requirements for partners.
Monitor partner performance, build partner incentive programs, and optimize co-selling motions.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Product teams to translate technical features into
customer-centric benefits
.
Support Sales with customer-facing assets, ROI models, and proposal materials.
Align with Customer Success to identify upselling and retention opportunities.
Collaborate with Demand Generation on campaigns that drive qualified leads and customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
2-4 years of experience in
Technology product marketing, growth marketing, partnerships, or business development
.
Strong understanding of the
Technology ecosystem
, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and software sales cycles.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical skills; able to interpret market and performance data.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities with technical + business audiences.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).

Experience working with

Background in partner ecosystems.
Experience building GTM strategies for new markets or product verticals.
