As our Software Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building out and enhancing our custom software solutions and driving customer engagement. You will lead a talented team of software engineers, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your strategic planning and execution skills will ensure alignment with our organizational goals, while your leadership will foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Set priorities to align with organizational goals and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Oversee and guide a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • DevOps Implementation & Optimization: Lead the adoption and optimization of Microsoft DevOps practices, automate workflows, and ensure effective use of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Executive Communication & Collaboration: Communicate team status, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement robust quality assurance processes and ensure reliable and secure software delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate team performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications/Necessary Special Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, business administration or related field plus experience in a responsible administrative or managerial capacity in technical support activities in a large systems environment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
