Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in UI development using React/ReactJS to join our team. As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java, Kotlin, and Springboot technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications using React, React.js(with Redux), Angular, Java script, Typescript, jQuery, Jenkins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and code comments
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve software development processes and products
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on software development best practices
• Ensure compliance with company coding standards and guidelines
• Proficient in Gen AI, RAG techniques and MCP tools with a strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and automation.

What you'll bring:

• At least 6 years of experience in UI development with React/ReactJS
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins or Docker
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
