This position is for a client application administrator that supports the Enterprise-wide Product Life Cycle (PLM) system, Teamcenter in UAT and production environments. Provides account management and 1st tier troubleshooting in Teamcenter. Supports, maintains, and/or resolves incidents in the system and its applications. Involved in planning of system maintenance and upgrade deployments and responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Performs or supports testing and maintenance of system, ensuring documentation of all system corrections. Performs root cause analysis, debugging problems within the PLM environment, and working with technical teams to develop, test and implement system fixes. Works effectively as a self-starter within a team environment that is located across the country. Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience
  • US citizenship is required, with ability to obtain an DOD active Secret clearance
  • Windows OS knowledge
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current or active CompTIA Security+ certificationCurrent DOD Secret clearance
  • Experience with Windows administration
  • Experience with Teamcenter Aerospace and Defense system
  • Experience with Teamcenter client administrationFamiliarity with the following: Windows Server OSBatch / Script programming (DOS, Powershell, Perl), Active Directory configuration and GPOs, Technical writing
This position reports to Palmdale, CA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Melbourne, FL, FL, USA.


Salary Range: $8,500 USD - $127,400 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
