Softball Pitching Instructor
Job Description
Duties:
-Looking for a pitching instructor for Thursdays from (5-8pm) from Dec-March. Age groups are 11u, 13u and 18u. Will provide balls and equipment.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Monitor athlete progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Use effective behavior management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with coaches on feedback, tips, drills, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience working with pitchers in a group format. (4 kids at a time)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff members
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children
- Background check may be required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
