ECL Gaming is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Soft Count Team Member

Position Summary

The Soft Count Team Member is responsible for completing daily drop and count activities across multiple locations. This role ensures all electronic gaming machines are serviced accurately and in compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Collect cash and ticket cassettes from electronic gaming machines. Ensure slot machines are functioning correctly after drop; report any issues to the attendant immediately. Follow all Nevada GCB regulations and procedures related to drop and count activities. Count and reconcile cash and tickets collected from slot machines. Perform drop and soft count functions across multiple store locations daily. Ensure all money-handling equipment is functioning properly. Accurately complete all required paperwork for balancing the drop. Assist with team delivery of inventory stock one day per week. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

BASIC MATH REQUIRED:

Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum

1 year of soft count team experience

. Must be

at least 21 years of age

. Valid

Nevada Driver's License

. Clean

3-year DMV record

. Ability to work professionally with all departments, coworkers, and management. Ability to obtain and maintain

Gaming Registration

with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Comfortable driving during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour and inclement weather conditions. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. Must pass a

criminal background check

and

pre-employment drug test

.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels Frequently bend, reach, twist, climb, squat, kneel, stand, and walk. Frequently sitting and driving Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

Work Environment Potential Conditions:
