We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Workers to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient-centered care, offering individual, family, and group therapeutic services to individuals across diverse populations. Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral health interventions. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support patients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral challenges. Coordinate care through case management activities, including intake procedures, medical documentation, and collaboration with healthcare providers. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Implement specialized therapies such as addiction counseling, PTSD care, autism spectrum disorder support, Alzheimer's care, and working with people with disabilities or developmental disabilities. Collect data for clinical research projects related to mental health, behavioral therapy outcomes, or community health initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and other relevant documentation standards to ensure precise record-keeping.



Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Strong skills in motivational interviewing and crisis intervention techniques. Expertise in child & family counseling, pediatrics, geriatrics, and working with people with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with home & community care practices and experience working within hospital settings or medical environments. Knowledge of medical records management, HIPAA compliance, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments effectively while maintaining compassionate communication. Experience with behavioral health research methods and data collection processes is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations including children, adults with disabilities, and geriatric patients. Pay: $60.00 per hour
