Title: Social Worker
Location: Sitka, AK

Duration: 13 weeks of Contract

Shift: Days

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an inpatient or outpatient healthcare environment in social work.
Must have Alaska LCSW license at time of submittal.

Flu vaccine required.

Responsibilities:

Excellence with mental health evaluations Treatment plan preparation Crisis counseling Exceptional documentation Competence in electronic health records and technology Alaska licensure NABCS Clearance ICPA Clearance
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $74.00 - $77.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
