is a 396-bed acute and long-term care facility, located in the heart of Philadelphia and

easily accessible via public transportation

from all areas of the Philadelphia and the western suburbs. At Care Pavilion we provide quality compassionate care to our Residents. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred. Prior Nursing Home Experience LSW licensure required; LCSW or LICSW strongly preferred. Minimumthree (3) years' experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred. Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
