Requirements
==================


Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred. LSW licensure required; LCSW or LICSW strongly preferred. Minimum three (3) years' experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred. Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
