Job Description

Position: Social Work Manager

Salary Range:

$107,412 - $141,565 annually

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team including the Social Work Supervisor, Social Workers, Behavioral Health Specialists, and Social Work Assistants Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching, and ongoing team development Oversee quality and compliance of social work assessments, care planning, documentation, and IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) participation Ensure timely and effective delivery of social work interventions aligned with participant care plans Collaborate on behavioral health programming including support groups, counseling, and family education Partner with community professionals and oversee outreach as needed Participate in end-of-life care planning and coordination Conduct home visits when necessary

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)

Social work licensure

- preferred*

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a social work setting

- strongly preferred*
At least

1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations

Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record Proof of current vehicle insurance

Pay: $107,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
