Job Description

Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and groups
- Assess and diagnose mental health and substance use disorder conditions
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Monitor and evaluate client progress

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification/LMSW
- Experience in providing therapy and counseling services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Proficiency in documentation and record keeping

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
