Social Worker LCSW at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (Part-time, Day Shift).

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is part of Providence in Oregon, a not-for-profit network of hospitals, health plans, physicians, clinics and affiliated health services. We are a designated nurse magnet facility, having received Magnet Recognition for Excellence in Nursing Services from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. St. Vincent Medical Center is a Top 100 hospital having been awarded by Solucient 10 times.

$5,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. This position is a part-time role in the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.

Required qualifications:

  • Master\'s degree in social work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
  • Upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 2 years of Post Master\'s experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
