Social Worker - Nursing Home
Salary Up To $85K Per Year (based on experience)
Located in Church Hill, TN
Social Worker :
Assist new residents and their family in the initial adjustment phase, as well as in the ongoing transition to institutional living Provide information to the resident, and/or family member, on residents' rights and responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have BSW Prior experience as a Social Worker preferred Long term experience preferred Must be a self-starter and energetic Proven Leadership & Management Skills Strong verbal & written communication skills
