Requirements

Licensed in Social Work preferred but not required Experience in skilled care and/or long-term care facilities preferred Experience in the human services field Encompass a "resident care first" belief and puts those beliefs into practice Empathetic and caring personality Ability to work with a diverse population Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
