We're searching for a dedicated Social Studies Teacher who's excited to make a real difference. You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons, help students build strong writing and critical thinking skills, and foster a classroom environment where every learner can thrive. What You'll Do:

Teach social studies, including citizenship, history, and more, using a curriculum grounded in best practices and Pennsylvania standards Develop clear, creative lesson plans and select engaging instructional materials Adapt instruction to meet the needs of all students, including small group and individualized support Inspire positive classroom behavior and a supportive learning community Evaluate student progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback Collaborate with colleagues to support every learner's needs Take part in curriculum development, professional learning, and school-wide activities

Who You Are:

You hold a bachelor's degree and valid PA teaching certification in Social Studies (or be eligible) You're comfortable using technology as a teaching tool (email, Word, spreadsheets, curriculum-based software) You believe in inclusive, differentiated instruction and are committed to helping every student succeed You communicate clearly and work well with students, parents, and fellow staff You're organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new strategies
