Social worker/Case manager: For a long term care facility. Will be responsible for multiple clients and their individual needs . Needs to be very flexible when dealing with clients of various ages and backgrounds. Developing treatment plans for residents while frequently communicating with them and their families to ensure their physical and mental health.
