Social Media Specialist -- Carolina Creative Enterprises

Are you a storyteller at heart who loves creating content that connects? We're looking for a Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to bring our family of brands to life through authentic, scroll-stopping content.

At Carolina Creative Enterprises, you'll manage multiple lifestyle brands - from promotional, wholesale and retail, to direct-to-consumer-crafting visuals, videos, and campaigns that inspire audiences and drive engagement.

What You'll Do

Create and share standout posts, stories, and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Build community -engage followers, respond to comments, and spark authentic conversations. Analyze performance to refine strategies and maximize results. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify reach. Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and creative storytelling techniques.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years managing social media for established brands Strong storytelling across visual and written mediums Experience in videography, photography, and editing Proficient with Meta Suite, Canva, Shopify, Cloud Campaign, HubSpot, Boosting and ad tools Passionate about creativity, analytics, and evolving social trends Ability to travel as needed for gathering A+ content
