About Note Lab

Note Lab

is an Australian luxury perfume house dedicated to the

art of storytelling through scent

-- crafting fragrances that capture emotion, place, and memory.

We're expanding globally and growing our presence across the United States. With over

20 team members currently in the U.S.

, we're now hiring

15 additional fragrance-obsessed professionals

to join our creative, business, and marketing team.

This is a

remote marketing and brand development position

that blends

creativity, strategy, and travel

. You'll represent Note Lab in the U.S. and at major international events -- from

Los Angeles to Dubai, New York to Paris, and Sydney to Milan

-- helping shape the next chapter of the brand.

To be completely honest -- this role is for those who

live and breathe fragrance

. You must truly love perfume, understand its artistry, and be eager to share that passion with others.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

marketing channels

-- digital campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Drive

brand growth and new market connections

across the U.S. and globally. Conduct

calls, presentations, and meetings

with clients, collaborators, and luxury retailers. Represent Note Lab at

brand events, expos, and launches

worldwide. Build strong relationships with

customers, distributors, and creative partners

. Share market insights and contribute to

international brand strategy

. Receive full training on

fragrance profiling, brand storytelling, and marketing communication

.

What We're Looking For

Deep

passion for luxury fragrance

and a genuine connection to scent. Background or studies in

Marketing, Business, or Communications

. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

-- comfortable on calls and video meetings. Organised, proactive, and confident representing a premium global brand. Must hold a valid

passport

and be available for

frequent travel

(U.S., Australia, Europe, Middle East). Able to work

remotely and independently

while being part of a supportive, creative team.
