The Personal Assistant for a none profit and difrent businesses organization for the President for Traveling and handling Social Media and building personal and professional social media marketing platforms. provides comprehensive support to manage day-to-day activities and streamline the influencer's busy travel and online content creation schedule. This role involves coordinating travel logistics, managing appointments, assisting with social media content planning, and ensuring smooth communication both on and off the road. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and experienced in social media platforms, with the ability to travel frequently and work in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries. Assist with scheduling and calendar management to optimize time for meetings, content creation, and personal commitments. Support content planning by organizing shoot schedules, scouting locations, and managing equipment logistics. Handle correspondence, emails, and social media direct messages to filter and prioritize communications. Being able take photographs and videographers, and other collaborators to ensure seamless project execution. Manage daily administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management. Stay updated on social media trends and assist in brainstorming creative content ideas. Provide on-the-go support during travels to troubleshoot issues and maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of personal and professional information at all times.
Requirements

Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting influencers or within creative industries. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice. Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, project management software, and social media scheduling tools. Valid driver's license and passport with no travel restrictions. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
