Position: Social Media Intern (Paid - Project Based)

Location: Anjera Onsen Spa On-site + Remote

Overview:

We're looking for a creative, reliable social media intern to help grow our spa's online presence. This role includes creating Instagram posts, TikToks, editing videos, and planning our monthly content layout. Perfect for someone who wants to build their portfolio and gain real experience in marketing for a professional massage therapy and wellness establishment. You'll be working with our caring team, collaborating to showcase our spa's services and share our passion for wellness with our community.

Responsibilities:

Take photos/videos in the spa as needed Create 2-6 Instagram posts / stories weekly Create 1-3 TikTok videos weekly showcasing spa treatments, behind the scenes, client experiences, etc Knowledge editing videos, reels, and short-form content Must be able to communicate respectfully with staff when discussing video production and coordinating content Design monthly grid layout (content theme + aesthetic) Write captions, hashtags, and trending audio ideas Track basic analytics (views, likes, comments) Maintain consistent brand tone and spa aesthetic Communicate weekly with owner for approvals and planning
Qualifications

Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, Good communication and creative eye Comfortable filming in a professional spa environment Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, TikTok app) Reliable and able to meet weekly deadlines Portfolio or sample videos are a bonus
