Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven In-House Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty and wellness industry and possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a social media strategy to align with the medspa's objectives and target audience demographics.
2. Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms
including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
3. Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, content creation,
scheduling, and community engagement.
4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the medspa maintains a competitive edge.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and promotions.
6. Monitor social media analytics and insights to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
7. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer concerns.
8. Plan and execute influencer partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content campaigns to expand brand reach and visibility.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to leverage partnerships and enhance brand credibility.
10. Stay informed about industry regulations, best practices, and ethical guidelines related to social media marketing in the healthcare and beauty sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content.
- Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy laws related to healthcare marketing is a plus.
