We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices to effectively manage our online community and promote our products or services.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility on search engines.
Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, e-commerce, and graphic design to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering community relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media management.
Skills
Proficient in SEO techniques and keyword research for content optimization.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for content creation.
Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics to track performance metrics effectively.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with audiences online.
Ability to create compelling content that aligns with branding objectives while driving engagement.
