Job Description

We're looking for a talented, hands-on

Social Media Manager

to join our creative team at The Marketing Muse 360. This is a contractor position designed for someone who lives and breathes social media strategy, trends, and storytelling--and wants to help our clients grow their brands across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute social media strategies that drive measurable results across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Build engagement and leads through Facebook groups, Instagram collaborations, and LinkedIn visibility strategies. Manage up to

5-6 client accounts

each month with consistency, creativity, and accountability. Plan, create, and post daily content including captions, images, and short-form videos. Edit videos, images, and other creative assets in Canva and other design tools. Create trending Reels, TikToks, and story content that connects with audiences and converts. Collaborate with our creative and branding team

in person

to brainstorm campaigns, plan shoots, and refine content direction. Track analytics and suggest optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and client ROI.

What We're Looking For

A creative strategist who understands both aesthetics and analytics. Skilled in Canva, CapCut (or similar), and social media scheduling tools.(HeyOrca) Proven ability to manage multiple brands and maintain a consistent voice for each. Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive results. Collaborative energy and willingness to work on-site in a creative studio environment. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Compensation:

$250-$1,000 per client, per month

based on scope and deliverables. Contractor position with potential to grow into a full-time team role in 2026 as we expand.
