Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Handler to manage and enhance our brand's online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management tools, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies to effectively connect with our target audience and elevate brand awareness.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for posts, ads, and campaigns. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends; respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement. Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns including keyword research, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Perform proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Conduct SEO optimization for content to improve visibility in search engines. Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to strengthen brand loyalty. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.

Experience



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform including campaign setup and optimization. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics. Ability to create compelling content including photography and video editing skills are a plus. Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and branding strategies. Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and content creation. Pay: $27.83 - $32.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
