Responsibilities:
Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with Thrive Media Group's goals and enhance brand visibility.
Craft compelling and tailored content for a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Oversee and manage all aspects of our social media presence, ensuring a cohesive and attractive brand image.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Engage actively with our online community, responding to interactions promptly to foster a positive brand experience.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Analyze and report on social media performance, translating data into actionable insights to drive future strategy.
Continuously update knowledge on industry best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role with a robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and marketing best practices.
Proficiency in creating engaging content, including text, graphics, and video.
Excellent relationship management skills to interact effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
Knowledge of public relations fundamentals and adept at conducting thorough industry research.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite is essential.
Experience with social media advertising is a significant plus.
