We are seeking a creative and strategic

Social Media & Content Manager

to lead the development and execution of social media strategies and content initiatives for our partners. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership, managing content creation, driving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, skilled storyteller, and passionate about building meaningful connections through content.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each partner's goals, audience, and industry trends. Create and curate engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, blogs, and other multimedia assets for various platforms. Craft compelling written content for social media, video scripts, websites, and print materials that align with each partner's brand voice. Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules and alignment with broader marketing campaigns. Oversee community engagement by monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering authentic connections with audiences. Analyze and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Plan and manage paid social campaigns including creative, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization. Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching emerging platforms, tools, and best practices in social and content marketing. Collaborate with and mentor the Social Media team to bring creative campaigns to life and support professional growth.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred). Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.). Experience with paid social advertising, including campaign setup and optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with strong visual and design sensibility. Leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a team preferred.
