. We are seeking a

creative, aggressive, and motivated content creator

to capture daily behind-the-scenes footage, patient stories (with consent), procedures, and team culture -- then turn that content into engaging videos for

TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

.

Responsibilities

Film daily in-office content (procedures, staff interactions, patient testimonials, events). Edit raw footage into short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube). Add captions, graphics, music, and trending effects to maximize engagement. Manage posting schedule across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube). Track analytics (views, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and viral formats. Be proactive: suggest new video ideas, capture moments without waiting for direction.
Qualifications

Strong videography and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). Experience creating social media content -- ideally in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends. Creative eye for storytelling and branding. Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced office. Professional, reliable, and comfortable filming in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience

Prior work as a

Content Creator, Videographer, Social Media Manager, or Digital Media Specialist

. Portfolio of social media videos with strong engagement. Knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment. Graphic design or photo editing skills (bonus).
