Core Capabilities:

• Experience using TikTok and Instagram in a professional setting
• Assist in identifying up to 20 - 30 content creators/month and manage outreach and negotiations, craft creative briefs, and get timely contracts for the creators
• Conceptualize and contribute to TikTok content creation and daily posting
• Creating content for TikTok (front-facing)

Responsibilities:

• Work in the Brand Marketing Department, being a full extension of the Influencer and Social team
• Identify and reach out to key creators and influencers who capture attention on social and drive conversation in our space
• Assist in Tiktok and Instagram social calendar buildout, content creation, responding/engaging with our audience, and sourcing rights to repost content from external sources
• Stay up-to-date on social trends to ensure Evite jumps on opportunities for virality
• Help to maintain the monthly social media calendar based on objectives and strategies of our marketing calendar
• Edit content within TikTok or external editing apps and quickly provide editing assistance (audio, onscreen text,etc)
• Explore new platforms as they arise and suggest content that fits within the larger social strategy
• Track analytics, growth, and social metrics for Evite\xe2\x80\x99s various channels

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• College degree or pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or PR
• Concept, shoot and edit quickly & comfortably on the TikTok app and other editing softwares
• Proficient in Google Docs
• Excellent knowledge of social media trends and social content creators
• Strong creative instincts
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to multitask
