About Us:

Advance Soccer Training (AST) is a supplemental soccer training company dedicated to helping young players develop confidence, technical ability, and a love for the game. Our small-group training environment focuses on quality instruction, individual growth, and long-term player development.

We're looking for an energetic and reliable

Soccer Coach

to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has a strong playing background, experience working with kids ages 6 and up, and the ability to demonstrate and explain technical exercises clearly.

You'll work in a structured environment with other professional coaches, helping players improve their ball mastery, confidence, and decision-making through small-group sessions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and assist

small-group soccer sessions

for players ages 6-18. Demonstrate and explain technical drills (dribbling, passing, 1v1s, first touch, etc.). Communicate positively with players and parents, creating a supportive environment. Follow AST's player development framework and session structure. Arrive prepared, organized, and on time for each session. Work closely with the coaching team to maintain high training standards.

Requirements:

Previous

coaching experience

(club, academy, camp, or private training preferred). Strong

playing experience

(college or professional background a plus). Comfortable working with kids ages

6 and older

. Reliable, consistent, and professional in attitude and communication. Able to demonstrate soccer techniques confidently. Works well independently and as part of a team. Has reliable transportation to training locations.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

USSF or United Soccer Coaches licenses/certifications. First Aid/CPR certification. Experience in small-group or individual player development settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
