River Valley Lawnscape is seeking an experienced
Snow Removal Operator
to join our team for the winter season in Red Wing, MN. This position involves operating a plow truck to clear snow from parking lots, driveways, and roadways in a safe and efficient manner. Work hours will vary depending on snowfall, with typical shifts lasting 4-10 hours during and after snow events.Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate snowplow trucks and related equipment Clear snow from assigned properties and ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections Communicate with supervisors or dispatch regarding route completion and conditions
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a snowplow for snow removal (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as weather requires Reliable, safety-minded, and punctual
Compensation:
$30/hour Paid for actual hours worked (4-10 hour shifts depending on snow events)
