Responsibilities
Lead guided snowmachine tours, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times
Conduct a comprehensive safety briefing before each tour, including operation instructions, hazard awareness, and emergency procedures
Provide engaging commentary about local history, wildlife, and terrain to enhance guest experience
Assist guests with equipment setup, safety gear, and instructions before each tour
Monitor weather conditions and trail status to adapt routes and maintain safety standards
Manage group dynamics, ensuring all participants are comfortable and informed throughout the tour
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly
Uphold environmental stewardship by promoting responsible trail use and respecting natural habitats
