Job Summary

Possible full time employment for our Erosion/hydroseeding construction company in the construction season for the right candidate.

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Snow Shoveler to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves clearing snow from driveways, walkways, and other outdoor areas to ensure safety and accessibility during winter months. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience with various tools and landscape maintenance tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, supporting property safety and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas efficiently and safely Operate hand tools such as shovels, snow blowers, and power tools to clear snow and ice Assist with ice melt application to prevent slips and falls Support general property upkeep including minor repairs and equipment maintenance Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents during snow removal activities Maintain equipment in good working condition through routine cleaning and minor repairs

Experience

Prior experience with snow removal or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment such as excavators or power tools is a plus Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively is essential Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions are necessary for success in this role

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
