We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Snow Shoveler to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring safe and accessible walkways, driveways, and outdoor areas during winter months. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and familiarity with various tools and landscaping techniques. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or snow plowing is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to community safety while developing skills in outdoor maintenance and landscape care.
Responsibilities
Clear snow from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces using shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment
Apply salt or sand to prevent ice formation and improve traction
Maintain equipment, including snow plows, shovels, and other landscaping tools in good working condition
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during snow removal operations
Collaborate with team members to complete routes efficiently and effectively
Experience
Prior experience in snow plowing, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 - 25.0 per week
