Position Summary

Snowplow crew members promptly clear snow from walkways, entrances, patios, and other areas using various equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Remove snow from walkways, entrances, patios, and other pedestrian areas using shovels, snow blowers, Ventracs, snowrators, and similar equipment Apply salt, calcium, or other de-icing materials to prevent slipping hazards Operate light to mid-size snow removal machinery safely and efficiently Respond quickly and reliably during snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic pre- and post-shift inspections Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or property damage to supervisors Maintain a professional appearance and represent Regan Landscape with respect and integrity on all job sites Other duties as required or assigned

Position Qualifications

Prior experience with snow removal, preferred*
Valid NYS Driver's License, required*
Availability during all snow events, including on-call hours, required*

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to operate snow blowers, snowrators, Ventracs, and other snow removal tools effectively and safely Familiarity with snow and ice management best practices Strong physical stamina and work ethics Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team or independently Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clear, safe pathways Positive attitude and professionalism under demanding weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
