Snow Removal Technician: Part Time

Job Description

The Snow Removal Technician is responsible for working independently or as a team member under the direct supervision of the Foreman. Responsible for the de-icing and clearing of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Requirements



Valid Driver's License or have reliable transportation Previous snow removal employment experience preferred Working knowledge of snow removal equipment Ability to work outdoors during extreme cold weather Physical fitness levels to perform job tasks Able to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to speak/read/write in English

Expectations



Comply with all company policies/procedures and safety requirements. Read and follow all company established plans, material lists, and guidelines. Work as part of a team and take direction from management. Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner and ask for training when unsure. Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times. Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible.

Additional Role Information



Part-Time, On-Call, Hourly Position (November through early April) Drug/Alcohol free environment, we have a zero-tolerance policy - employees on shift that are under the influence will be terminated immediately. Could lead to full time employment if desired by employee

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per year
