Job Description
Residential Snow Removal Contractor Needed - Short-Term Rental Properties ?
We are seeking a reliable individual or team to handle
snow removal at 37 short-term rental properties
this winter season. Properties are located across our management portfolio and require attentionevery 3-4 inches of snowfall, or as needed.
Job Details:
Shovel and clear
driveways, walkways to all entry doors, and occasionally back patios
Must be dependable and able to respond promptly after snowfall Must have own shovel and snow removal equipment (snow blower, salt, etc.) Work may occur early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on weatherCompensation:
Paid per property
- preferred rate range is$20~ per snow removal
(per property, per event) Please include yourdesired per-property rate
