Snow Equipment Operators:

MUST have clean drivers license and be a known leader. We are seeking qualified Snow shoveling crew foreman. You will drive a vehicle with the crew from location to location and remove snow from sidewalks and spread salt. We work all over North Jersey. Must be able to travel to work locations for all snow storms. Must commit for the season

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this safety-sensitive position, you will be required to work on various sites performing tasks such as:

Operate, inspect and maintain equipment to manufacturers specifications Drive pickup trucks/ vans / box trucks from location to location with shovels, snow blowers, bag salt etc and crew members Remove snow from sidewalks and spread salt. Take before and after pictures of each location to send to the manager Complete all job related duties as instructed by supervisor, project lead Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have or be:

Hands-on experience in the snow removal industry Self-motivated and willing to travel throughout Northern Nj Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks; to include frequent bending, kneeling and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in a high-stress environment with weather fluctuations Ability to work in confined spaces Capable of climbing and keeping balance on uneven areas Prior OSHA, First Aid, and/or Safety Training a plus Spanish / English Language preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
