Job Description

LWJ Property Maintenance is seeking reliable and experienced Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our commercial snow operations team. We service commercial properties only throughout Central Massachusetts, and we're looking for operators who are dependable, professional, and ready to work during all winter storms.

Responsibilitiea

Operate snow removal equipment: skid steers, loaders, and plow trucks Clear snow from commercial parking lots, access roads, loading areas, and walkways Apply salt and sand as needed Follow assigned route lists and maintain communication with dispatch Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues Be available for all snow events--nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements

Experience operating skid steers, loaders, or plow trucks (required) Valid driver's license Ability to work long hours in winter conditions Dependable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to handle commercial environments CDL a plus, but not required
