is hiringSnow Removal Crew Members
to help keep our community safe and accessible throughout the winter season.This role is
entirely hand work
-- you will be outdoors, in the elements, shoveling snow and applying de-icer during storms. If you are dependable, hard-working, and willing to take on the challenge, this is an excellent seasonal opportunity.What You'll Do
Use
shovels and snow blowers
to clear sidewalks, stoops, and garage doors. Spread de-icing materials to keep surfaces safe and walkable. Work directly in winter weather -- this job requires beingoutside for extended periods
during snow and ice events. Be part of a supportive team committed to keeping properties clean and safe throughout each storm.Requirements
Availability is critical
: Must be ready for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays when snow falls. Willingness and ability to work outdoors incold, snowy, and icy conditions for long stretches.
Physical ability to shovel and move snow for extended periods. Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to showing up when called, day or night.Reliable transportation
