About the Role:

Do you love playing in the snow? Join our dedicated team as a Snow Removal Crew Member, where you'll play a vital role in keeping our community safe and accessible during winter storms. This physically demanding, outdoor position requires working to clear snow from parking lots, driveways, walkways, sidewalks. Your hard work will directly impact the safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate snow removal equipment. Safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from assigned areas in a timely manner. Apply de-icing materials as needed to maintain safe walkways and surfaces. Work with team members to ensure all tasks are completed effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. On-call availability 7 days a week, varied shift hours.

What We're Looking For:

Reliability:

Excellent attendance and reliable transportation is essential.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work in cold weather and handle physically demanding tasks as storms dictate.

Team Player:

Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.

Experience:

Previous experience in snow removal or outdoor activities is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
