Job Description

ClearPath Lawn and Snow Removal is seeking dedicated and experienced Snow and Salt Plow Operators to join our team this winter season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating snow plows and deicers to clear commercial properties efficiently and safely during winter weather conditions. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to respond promptly to snow events.

Key Responsibilities

Operate pickup truck with snowplow and deicer to remove snow and ice from assigned Propertirs Maintain availability 24/7 (on-call) during snow events, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Respond within 30 minutes of call to assist in snow or ice control. Perform snow shoveling, grounds maintenance, and other related duties as needed. Inspect and maintain assigned equipment before and after each shift. Communicate via smartphone app to log services performed at each site. Report all incidents or equipment issues promptly to supervisor.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience operating a snow plow truck with a V-blade and salt spreader Must be 21 years or older. Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record CDL preferred High school diploma preferred Reliable Transportation to Warehouse Physically handle working in cold temperatures, intensive labor and long hours

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $35 per hour, depending on experience. End-of-Season Snow Bonus for reliability and performance. Holiday Pay during snow events. Opportunities for overtime Year-round work opportunities
