Snow Plow Driver / Equipment Operator

DRIVERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

Job Purpose:

We provide training.

The Snow Removal Driver will operate snow removal equipment and clean specific areas of properties as assigned by their supervisor.. The work environment involves working outside in winter weather conditions for extended periods of time. This is an on call 24/7, seasonal, part time position during the winter season. We are an EOE and a drug testing company.

A CDL is not required but is a plus.

Essential duties and responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Clear sites using 4x4 trucks with plows Perform pre and post trip inspections including fluid level, tire and light checks on trucks and equipment Complete vehicle repair requests and service orders Accurately fill out a timecard while making notes as necessary Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships Individual must make sure safety procedures are followed along with all company policies

Required skills and qualifications:

Clean driving record with a valid license Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing Potentially stand or sit for long periods' of time Able to work alone and evaluate the work completed to assure its quality Must demonstrate a confident, proactive, positive approach when interacting with team members Results driven, energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
Pay Rate: $20 - $32 per hour DOE
